Linear encoder scale – Mimaki JV3-250SP – E300361

The Mimaki E300361 linear encoder scale (Linear Encoder Scale 3043) is the optical scale mounted along the Y-bar of the JV3-250SP, a 2.5-metre solvent-based printer. The encoder sensor continuously reads it to determine the exact position of the print heads.

Its graduations at 180 lines per inch (180 LPI) provide the controller with the position reference for each pass. This precision ensures accurate drop placement and bidirectional printing without misalignment.

Supplied on its own, in the original dimensions of 3043 × 15 mm, including mounting holes. Three options are available on this product page: New (original Mimaki part), Refurbished (inspected original part) or New / Compatible (strip manufactured by DG Spare Parts).

Function

• To provide the encoder sensor with the carriage’s position reference on the Y-axis
