E106614 - Linear Encoder Board

E106614 – Linear encoder board (Linear Encoder Board) – Mimaki

The E106614 linear encoder board (Linear Encoder Board) is the encoder sensor board mounted on the print carriage of many Mimaki large-format printers (JV5, JV33, JV150, JV300, CJV30, CJV150, CJV300, TS3 and TS5 series).

It reads the position information on the encoder strip to determine the exact head position on the horizontal axis and synchronises the firing of the nozzles with the carriage travel. The reference E106614 replaces the earlier E103961; both are interchangeable and fit the same location without modification.
