Diager 4041-10P0200-095° V-Groove Router Bit (95°)

The Diager 4041-10P0200-095° is a conical solid-carbide router bit developed for V-grooving and folding aluminium composite panels (ACM/TAC such as Dibond© and Alucobond©). It cuts a 95° open-angle V-groove in the top skin and core without touching the bottom skin.

The panel can then be folded to a right angle (90°) along the groove, the extra 5° compensating for material spring-back to give a clean, even fold — used in signage, POS, architectural cladding and light-box making. Supplied as a bare (uncollared) tool with a standard Ø6 mm shank. For Zünd tables that require a collared bit, see version 4041--10P0200-095-B.
