Diager 4002-X0400 Router Bit (1-Flute Downcut, Ø4 mm)

The Diager 4002-X0400 is a coated solid-carbide single-flute router bit developed for machining and cutting non-ferrous metals and aluminium composite panels on CNC routers, spindle moulders and cutting-table routing modules.

Its left-hand (downcut) helix and short cutting edge hold the material flat during machining, give a clean top edge and limit lifting of thin sheet or composite panel. The coating allows dry machining without lubrication while preserving edge life. Supplied as a bare (uncollared) tool with a standard Ø6 mm shank. For Zünd tables that require a collared bit, see version 4002-X0400-B.
