Single-tooth short left-hand spiral end mill – Diager – 4002-X0400

The Diager 4002-X0400 milling cutter is a solid carbide cutting tool, specifically developed for machining and cutting non-ferrous metals and aluminium composite panels on CNC routers, router machines or digital cutting table milling modules.

It features a single-tooth left-hand helix (downcut) geometry and a short cutting edge, an ideal configuration for holding the material in place during machining, achieving a clean top edge and minimising the lifting of thin sheet metal or composite panels. The tool’s special coating allows for dry machining without lubrication, whilst maintaining the cutting edge’s longevity.

Supplied as a single tool (without a shank), it fits any tool holder with a standard Ø6 mm shank. For Zünd cutting tables requiring a shanked cutter, please refer to version 4002-X0400-B.
