Zünd-type single-tooth carbide cutter – Diager® 4013--0500C – Ø5 mm

The Diager® 4013--0500C single-flute, right-hand-helix solid carbide cutter is a rotary cutting tool designed for Zünd digital cutting tables equipped with a milling module (RM). It is a direct replacement for part number TPS ER65.1 and fits standard Zünd spindles without modification.

Its upcut geometry (right-hand helix) ensures that chips are discharged upwards, limiting material build-up in the cut. The smooth, polished flute reduces built-up edge, guaranteeing a consistent surface finish and optimised tool life on plastics, wood and composites.

The integrated positioning ring (shank Ø6 mm, Zünd standard) ensures quick and repeatable mounting without additional gauge adjustment, in accordance with the specifications of Zünd RM tool holders.
