R114 Spiral Cutter – Zünd – Part No. 3910764

The Zünd R114 helical cutter (ref. 3910764) is a solid carbide milling tool mounted on the Routing Module of Zünd digital cutting tables. It enables clean cuts and milled contours to be produced in rigid materials used in signage and stand construction.

Its single-tooth helical geometry (1 cutting edge) efficiently directs chips upwards and minimises material overheating. The 4 mm cutting diameter and 12 mm cutting length ensure a clean edge finish on composite panels, wood, MDF and PVC foam, without tearing or scorching.

Supplied as a single tool, the R114 fits directly into the Ø6 mm collet of the Zünd milling module. It is a standard consumable for workshops that regularly use the table in routing mode and work with composite, cellular or wood materials.
