Empty ink pouch – Wallpen E2

The Wallpen empty ink bag is the flexible reservoir integrated into the ink supply system of the Wallpen E2 wall plotter. It stores CMYK UV ink before it is fed to the 1200 dpi Ricoh GH2220 (Gen 5) print heads.

Supplied empty, the pouch is designed to be filled via the refill port on the rear of the print head assembly, using 200 ml Wallpen UV ink bottles. Its flexible design ensures a supply free from unwanted back pressure, which is essential for the stability of the ink jet in a vertical position on the wall, including during large-format printing up to 3.5 m.

A genuine Wallpen part, it replaces a worn, punctured or contaminated reservoir in the ink circuit of the E2 wall printer, without the need for major work on the robot frame.
