The 22635116 Teflon cutting protection strip (Pad Cutter) is the PTFE strip stuck on the cutting bed of the Roland CJ-540, SC-540, SC-545EX and XC-540 print/cut machines.

It protects the bed surface from the blade cuts during the contour cutting: the Teflon absorbs the blade penetration without blunting it and prevents the knife from scoring the metal bed. A strip in good condition ensures a clean, even cut across the whole media width. It is a self-adhesive genuine Roland DG part, 1500 mm long and 8 mm wide, to replace during preventive maintenance or when deep wear marks appear.
