The 3010103863 optical sensor (Optical Sensor Slot Close Mnt – Z-Axis Home) is fitted to Canon Océ Arizona and Fujifilm Acuity printers.
It detects the home (origin) position of the Z axis, sends a position signal to the control board and helps the safety and accuracy of the vertical movement. A failing sensor upsets the Z-axis origin.
