The MP-E106685 degassing pump (Degassing Pump Assy) is fitted to Fujifilm Acuity 1600 LED printers.
It removes the air dissolved in the ink to avoid bubbles and stabilise the jetting. A failing pump causes bubbles and micro-cut-outs.
