The Head Maintenance Assy M022625 is the maintenance printhead assembly for the Mimaki JFX200-2513 and JFX200-2531 flatbed UV printers. It integrates a Ricoh Gen5 (MH5420) head with its heater module and thermistor, ready to install.

Based on stacked-PZT piezo technology, the head has 1,280 nozzles (4 rows of 320) at 0.1693 mm spacing (up to 600 npi), with a 7 pl native drop (7–35 pl, 8 grey levels), 7 m/s ejection speed and jet frequency up to 60 kHz. The integrated heater keeps the UV ink at optimal temperature for constant viscosity.

A firmware update may be required: v2.60 minimum for the JFX200-2513, v2.50 minimum for the JFX200-2531.
