BALL SCREW ASSEMBLY (REV.2)

The Ball Screw Assembly (Rev. 2), part number 59313-0028, is the ball screw that raises and lowers the printhead carrier (Z-axis) on Agfa Anapurna large-format UV printers. It converts the rotation of the lifting motor into precise vertical movement of the plate carrying the print heads.

This assembly sets the height of the print heads above the substrate, thereby ensuring a consistent print gap. Replacing it restores smooth, play-free movement of the carriage and a stable print head height.
