The M602126 inclination adjustment lever (Inclination Adjustment Lever) is the head inclination and height adjustment lever mounted on the carriage of Mimaki JV33-130/160/260 large-format printers.

It adjusts the distance (head gap) between the nozzle surface and the media according to the thickness of the substrate. It offers several settings: a low position (Thin) for thin media (≤ 1 mm) and a high position (Thick) for thick media. A correct head gap guarantees an optimal print quality with no risk of the head rubbing on the substrate nor ink splashing. It is replaced in case of breakage, mechanical play or inability to keep the selected position.
