Mimaki JV5 FPC Head Assembly — Part No. M007622

The FPC Head Assembly M007622 is the flat flexible cable (FPC) that provides the data link between the main board and the print head of Mimaki CJV30 / JV33 / JV5 / TS3 / TPC printers. This assembly of two FPC strips transmits the print signals required for the precise control of each nozzle in the print head. It replaces parts numbers E300775, E300540 and M010405.

A damaged, bent or oxidised FPC cable causes signal loss, which can result in printing defects (missing lines, banding, artefacts) or complete print head failure. Replacing it is a routine procedure during print head maintenance.
