M007622 – Printhead FPC cable assembly – Mimaki

The M007622 Head FPC Assy is the flat flexible cable (FFC) carrying the data link between the main board and the printhead on Mimaki CJV30 / JV33 / JV5 / TS3 / TPC printers.

This two-ribbon FPC assembly transmits the print signals needed to drive each nozzle of the head accurately. It replaces references E300775, E300540 and M010405.

A damaged, folded or oxidised FPC cable causes signal loss that can show up as print defects (missing lines, banding, artefacts) or a complete head failure. Replacing it is a routine operation during printhead maintenance.
