Z50 Decagonal Compatible Blade – Summa / Zünd – 500-9860

The 500-9860 compatible blade is a 10-sided rotating decagonal blade, manufactured by Diager, designed for use with Summa F Series and Zünd flatbed digital cutting tables. It directly replaces the original blade and fits into the Rotary Module of both platforms.

Made from tungsten carbide (HM – Hard Metal), this 25 mm diameter blade offers high wear resistance. Its 10-sided decagonal design allows the blade to be rotated to a new cutting edge when the active face becomes dull, thereby extending its service life tenfold compared to a single-sided blade.

Available as a Diager-compatible blade, it is a reliable alternative to original Summa and Zünd consumables. Its decagonal profile ensures reduced overcut and superior cutting force, making it ideal for fibrous materials and technical textiles.
