The Ink Heater 110 Assy (M016797) is the ink-heating unit fitted on the Mimaki UJV55-320 and Fujifilm Acuity LED 3200 large-format UV printers. It keeps the UV ink at a constant working temperature for optimal viscosity when the ink is ejected by the printheads.

UV ink is naturally viscous at room temperature; without pre-heating, drop size and trajectory become irregular. Supplied as a complete assembly (heating element + temperature sensor + wiring), it is a direct replacement for the original unit.
