Lever link plate – Roland BN-20 – 1000007683
The Lever link plate, a Media feed part (pinch rollers), is fitted in the frame (platen and pinch rollers) of the Roland BN-20 printer/cutter. It handles pressing and guiding the media during feed.
Supplied by DG Spare Parts as a genuine Roland DG (OEM) part (supplied on its own), it is a like-for-like replacement for the factory-fitted part.
In the Roland BN-20 exploded view, it appears in the Frame (ZAO1755 or earlier) group (item 31) under the designation PLATE,LEVER LINK BN-20. This reference applies to machines up to serial number ZAO1755. On machines from serial number ZAO1756 onwards, this item corresponds to reference 1000009142.

Function
- Ensure correct operation of the Lever link plate in the frame (platen and pinch rollers)
- Replace the Lever link plate like-for-like, with no modification
- Keep feed accuracy for printing and cutting
- Press the media against the feed roller
- Allow the pinch rollers to be raised and lowered
Possible symptoms in case of wear
- Wear or breakage of the Lever link plate in the frame (platen and pinch rollers)
- Malfunction of the Lever link plate found during diagnosis
- Cut offset from the print
- Banding or offsets in the feed direction
- Pinch rollers no longer rising or lowering
