The M508889 media guide plate (JV33 Media Plate) is fitted on the print platen of the Mimaki JV33, CJV30 and TS3 printers.

Set on each side of the media, it precisely guides the support and prevents the printhead from touching the media edges. It is a wear part directly exposed to friction and heat during printing. A worn, warped or damaged plate causes media catching, print scratches or head contact.
