The CR647-67030 SATA hard drive is the internal storage unit for the HP DesignJet T790, T795 and T1300 plotters. It contains the operating system and firmware required to start up the machine.

This 2.5" SATA hard drive is read by the plotter every time it is switched on, during the initialisation phase. Supplied with the firmware already installed, it ensures the plotter can be restarted without any prior programming.

Supplied as a complete unit, the drive is fitted in place of the faulty original drive, in accordance with the OEM part number HP CR647-67030.
