The High-V Cable-Card 23475240 is the original Roland high-voltage flat cable connecting the main board to the print carriage board in Roland large-format printers of the SP-540, VP-540, VS-540 and RS-540 series. This 267 cm long 36-pin FFC cable transmits the high-voltage print data signals required for precise control of the print head during print passes.

A damaged, kinked or oxidised cable can cause signal loss, leading to print defects (banding, missing lines), artefacts or complete print head failure. It is one of the data cables subjected to the most mechanical stress on these models due to its repeated movement as the carriage moves back and forth.
