R112 Spiral Cutter – Zünd – Part No. 3910762

The Zünd R112 helical cutter (ref. 3910762) is a solid carbide milling tool, mounted on the Routing Module of Zünd digital cutting tables. Its fine diameter of Ø2 mm is designed for precision cutting and detailed contours on thin, rigid materials.

Its single-tooth helical geometry (1 cutting edge) directs chips upwards and preserves the cutting edge, even on demanding materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate or aluminium composites. The short cutting length (6 mm) increases the tool’s rigidity and limits deflection, ensuring high dimensional accuracy on small details.

Supplied as a single tool, the R112 fits directly into the Ø6 mm collet of the Zünd milling module. It is particularly suitable for machining fine lettering, engravings, internal cut-outs and small signage components.
