After this remote assistance, if you wish to purchase spare parts on our website, we will generate a voucher for 50% of the amount of the remote assistance (60€ excluding VAT), valid on your next order of reconditioned spare parts (minimum order of €300 excluding VAT).

Service only available for mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland, on machines from the following brands: Canon, Fujifilm, Roland, Mimaki, Zund.

The amount indicated corresponds to the rate applicable for 1 hour of service. Any hour started is due in full and billed as a full hour.
